Apple MEB - SiinoRu - 11-29-2023
I told the rep only the phone was missing and box was not tampered with but they just opened an investigation with the carrier.
I expected them to investigate it internally but is opening an investigation with the carrier is usual process for MEB?

Depends, sometimes they do sometimes they don’t. I’m assuming they’re going to check the weight with the courier.
