After Bose has now introduced new in-ear headphones, and there are already countless Bose threads with various opinions and answers, I want to ask people here again who have successfully dealt with Bose, which method has proven to be the best.
Claiming directly through PayPal or initiating a chargeback via the supporrt?

I done them for some ear buds last year. Said that the earbuds and case were missing from the box. Done it all on there wattsapp. Instant refund, was a year ago though

I’m about to order some £299 earphones from Bose (UK)
Will try EB as read few success stories
Will update..
Just saw £299 is with case and rather just do 1 item for EB so make that £259.95
