Amazon DNA UK separate deliveries issue - dwaboutit81 - 11-25-2023

Hi all,

I ordered 7 items worth £182 on Amazon but for some reason the packages are being posted in 3 separate deliveries and I was planning to DNA the whole order. I got 2 of the items today while 3 of the items will come tomorrow and the last 2 will come on Monday, will I still be able to claim DNA and wait till Tuesday to tell Amazon that nothing has arrived yet, please help me out as this is a weird situation for me. My account is aged 7+ years and have made 100s of orders with one SE which was an Xbox in January this year.

It's not hard to believe that all 7 items are likely to be shipped from different couriers/companies. This is why when I SE amazon I only try to SE the 'shipped by Amazon' items so they can all come in 1 package

You should only DNA the packages that arrived at the same time slot, so if package 1 and 2 arrived on Monday at the same time you can DNA them both but if package 3 arrives on Tuesday you won't be able to DNA that.

exactly what I’m thinking, but the packages were all shipped and sold by Amazon tbh so not sure why that’s happened
