ASOS fail - BagotBob123 - 11-18-2023 I got an order worth slightly less than £300 through asos, the courier was Royal Mail, and I did DNA. I spoke to live chat the day after got a confirmation through live chat but did not get an email confirmation. Later in the day I got an email saying my account has been blocked. I made payment using klarna, so now idk if the payment will still go through or not. Will asos make klarna still submit my payment? What should I do? I can still do a legit return but I would rather keep the items tbh. FYI: the account was aged so I’m surprised why it flopped. I seen other people being successful on asos so idk RE: ASOS fail - InternetRockStar - 11-18-2023 (11-18-2023, 08:47 AM)BagotBob123 Wrote: I got an order worth slightly less than £300 through asos, the courier was Royal Mail, and I did DNA. I have not seen any successes with ASOS in months trying contact them and stay persistent they let people return but they're not going to refund you at least from what I've seen RE: ASOS fail - Myoous - 11-18-2023 (11-18-2023, 02:06 PM)Juice WRLD Wrote:(11-18-2023, 08:47 AM)BagotBob123 Wrote: I got an order worth slightly less than £300 through asos, the courier was Royal Mail, and I did DNA. He made the payment using the pay in 30 days method on klarna. He's asking if Klarna will make him pay in 30 days since his account is blocked. Lol they fucked you before you could fuck them. ASUS seems horrible even with legitimate claims. But this is an asos thread not asus RE: ASOS fail - BagotBob123 - 11-19-2023 (11-18-2023, 06:22 PM)Juice WRLD Wrote:(11-18-2023, 05:58 PM)Myoous Wrote:(11-18-2023, 02:06 PM)Juice WRLD Wrote: I have not seen any successes with ASOS in months trying contact them and stay persistent they let people return but they're not going to refund you at least from what I've seen Does that mean I cannot go through klarna and explain the situation to them? Will they still make me pay although ASOS completely cut off contact with me for no reason. Asos themselves told me to speak to payment provider being klarna. What are my options. I can still do a legit return but do you guys think I can cancel off the payment through klarna? RE: ASOS fail - Refnator - 11-19-2023 Could you tell us your SE history with ASOS so we can know what led to you getting blocked? I would contact klarna, tell them that I didn't receive the parcel and told ASOS about it, but they told me to talk to you and aren't responding to me anymore. This way you could still get a refund. That was literally my first SE with Asos. My account was ages. First purchase was back in 2020 but maybe there was a massive gap between my last purchase and the attempted SE. Also I agree on the Klarna part. I am hoping it will get sorted out that day. If not then idk what other options I have |
