Speed up Investigation - bumbuls6 - 11-10-2023
As title says. Is there a was to speed up investigation whenever its internal of external. Emailing of course is a total waste of time but what if its calling everyday and stating that there is a problem that needs to fixed as soon as possible because customer is worried.
P.S. In my locality no police report i required.

You can certainly speed up most of the investigations up by calling or emailing repeatedly.
Be careful, some companies have a system that places you on the bottom of their email list every time you send one out.
You might be careful about spamming emails. Calling is always a good option to apply pressure.
That said, unfortunately some companys just do not care.
