Long story short I was gonna do a refund method for perfume on boots for swy intensely but the bottle will not smash however I have already sent them an email saying it had arrived smashed and they are asking for photos.What I'm thinking of doing is to open a new case saying the bottle arrived empty my only issue is whether they can connect it back to my first claim that is had arrived broken to catch me out.Therefore I want to know whether they can connect the dots when I send a new request saying the perfume came empty.
