I SE'ed them on Zalando, i told that the airpods box was missing from the order and they just made me sign a declaration and wanted a copy of my Id with data censored, super easy. i have an old account by the way..

Happened the same on a fresh account, probably depends on the value of the refund because they asked me these info for a refund of over 200€ but not for an order of 100€ (on different accounts, around 1 month between the orders).

Just a warning.. I tried to do a DNA with Airpods at Bestbuy. Went back and forth with customer service . Each time they said they would refund me - a day later it was denied. I called about 4-5 times, asking for a replacement or refund. It seems like the CSR dept has nothing to do with the refund/replacment approval so even calling a supervisor didn't help.
