PayPal SE UK - AbuAhmed911 - 10-30-2023
Hi, I bought shoes from Nike around a month ago and tried doing DNA but the tracking ID shows a picture so they didn't refund it. I paid thru PayPal though and I started a case with them and a couple days ago I received a message saying they wont be refunding it due to Nike sending them the tracking ID.
is there anything I can do

I don't think so.
With PayPal I think they always side with the tracking no matter what

Contact paypal and tell them the parcel arrived empty. Ask for your case to be appealed. If your pp account is clean they should approve your refund, but this is a one time sort of thing so don't assume you can keep on doing this.
If pp asks for a PR, file one.
