Logitech SE problem - Vicez - 10-20-2023

Hi everyone, i'm trying to SE a PRO X SUPERLIGHT 2 from logitech, i found a serial number photo on internet and talked to with assistance in the chat and then they continued to reply to me by email.
They asked for proof of purchase and i made a Mediaworld fake one and send to them, they said the pop was ok but they asked to return the item to mediaworld and they should refund me.
They also said that if mediaworld wouldn't accept my mouse back i can reply to them with a photo of the mouse serial and the number of the ticket.

Now i was thinking if it's worth to continue because i can't find a photo of a mouse with a paper sheet i can photoshop (i can do this little on ps its not a problem)
another question that i have is that i'm afraid that if i manage to find a photo and photoshop it, they would send a courier to have my mouse back.
Has anyone received an email like that and went on with the photoshop?Bc i can't find a proper photo to modify and i would like your help as this is my first SE experience.

Maybe i should find another serial and talk to them only by chat until i find an assistant that gives me a mouse without hesitation?

Thank you and sorry for my english but it's not my first language i hope you can understand everything i wrote.

Have you looked threw your local marketplace? maybe someone is selling one or something. You can use that material. To do SE on Logitech is better to do with those products that were made many years and you can find many pictures on the internet. If they give you the carrier label, box them.

They will probably ask for a video proof after that so it's not worth to continue.
Make sure the purchase date from the POP is more than 30 days. They will ask you to return the product to retailer if it's still under 30 days return period.
Also I highly recommend GPX SL1 over SL2.
SL 2 is a failure.
