DNA help - kat98 - 10-19-2023 ive ordered some makeup worth 70€ish euros and theyre asking me to file a post office claim can i do this online or do they specifically say to go to IRL post office? can i just get it from post office and fill out home? idk what to do heres a part of their message: " We're so sorry to see you have not received your order! As your tracking information states that your parcel has been delivered to the provided address and you are disputing this, please could you kindly obtain a CN18 form/dispute form from your local postal office. Without this form we are unable to submit a claim for your order and therefore cannot proceed with a refund or replacement. Once this has been received and filled out please provide us with an image so we can forward this on to our courier and assist you further." btw they are a UK company and im from eastern europe so my local mailman gave me my package so how will they forward it to their courier and what would that even help? RE: DNA help - prekrasnoyemirai - 10-19-2023 Just email them back asking for further clarification. It's not like any of these questions would damage the integrity of your SE. It's not like any of these questions would damage the integrity of your SE. i asked them for help to help me fill out information so i can send it online to my post office. the thing they want me to fill out is asking things like mass of packages which isnt written anywhere on tracking so i bombarded them with questions about the package to help me. I hope they just give up and refund me soon but we will see.. |
