Decided not to be a pussy and went for Dna over the phone took maybe 5 minutes, was sent a forum instantly and filled it out for a refund. If i had opted for a replacement it wouldve been processed in 5-7 business days, i decided to check for a refund. Ill update and likely harrass them regularly to see how its going. Anyone have their NA support email?
Response time for refund is 3 weeks.
