best method for iphone? - brianthedude557 - 10-12-2023

want to get either a 13 pro or the new 15. I was going to hit apple directly, I have an aged account with thousands in orders not a single SE. I was wondering what would be best, EB or MEB. I'd rather not do DNA as them requiring a PR would be a big hassle for me. what method do you guys think is best? Isn't it true apple also has that one time exception replacement?

Why do u want to hit Apple instead of Amazon?
I have a well aged apple ACC, I'm pretty sure amazon doesn't sell the new iPhone + I already hit them recently and had to file pr and everything it took like 4 weeks. don't wanna do that again.

They don't always offer one-time exception. I tried an Airpod Pro Max it failed and they said to go speak with authorities. It was aged and no previous refunds.

Maybe he doesn't wanna fuck his amazon account. I've been trying to stay away from amazon because of this. I refund little things all the time (because I have to)
I would like to encourage you to try all methods. I'm more particularly interested in FTID. Everything here is public BUT I want to learn from green.

Simply don´t, apple terms are not always pro consumer and maybe they won't open a exception, the success of the SE will always depend on their end, if u still decide to pursue the SE, be conscientious to go for a call/ text call with a agent and ask to escalate the case if needed.

Amazon DNA or WIR (Best options, I would choose WIR)
or
Apple DNA (Really hard to SE apple these days so I wouldn't recommend it)
