Need help SE - LunchMoney - 10-11-2023
Greetings fellow Engineers, I am a total newbie and I have been researching alot on Se'ing and it's methods. I think I read too much and everything is mashed up in my head. I reached out to resellers, wrote my S/N and receipt and they are always asking me for either returning the item or return for inspection and service. Even biohazards are okay with them. What am i doing wrong?

Well for someone who read too much about SE should know that you have to FTID the item. What they are asking for is valid. We want to get a return label from xyz company and then FTID it.
