Planning to SE a Apple watch series 9!
What is the best store besides Amazon?
I also recently did a SE on Amazon and did fill PR so I can't do both for a while.
- I live in Canada
- cost of the watch is around 1000 after taxes or can keep it below if I customize the watch

Order totaled to be $580 cad.. Currently waiting for it to arrive. I will possibly try doing the eb or meb method.
Should I contact Apple through chat or call?
Also whats the best time to contact them also?

Anytime they are open. Use the MEB method. State only the Watch itself did not arrive in the box.
Various users have stated chat works better, so I would try that first.

I am trying to avoid a PR because I already did one last month....
Should I end chat immediatly when they mention or say it?
Also I THINK it will work? because I see people in these forums say apple has a "one time courtesy refund" and I also have 1 legit order on it on it which was an Airpod Max, Also the account is pretty aged

I see people saying that they only got the watch straps and not the actual face.... so which one? the whole watch or say that the face didnt come with the straps?

UPDATE: Just got the package today and claimed that the watch face was missing but I got everything else. I spoke to a rep, he said that he will start an investigation with the courier which is pretty standard I think and that the investigation will last 3 days. He asked me if I wanted are refund or replacement and I said I will just get a refund so I can buy it at a local store.
He also told me if its possible that I can provide pictures of the box, etc, BUT thankfully he did not say to provide a PR . He said that it was not necessary tho but only if possible. He gave off the tone that it wasnt really needed so maybe thats good luck? Dude seemed pretty chill
Hopefully everything goes well and I should hear back on Monday. will update yall soon.

Update: So the SE failed and they just sent me an email saying this:
We have received an update regarding your enquiry. Our carrier has completed the requested investigation, and no further action will be taken by Apple.
Can I still return the product back to Apple? Even though I said that the watch face didn't come with the box?

Yes you can return. I failed my airpod max se and they dont say anything when you initiate normal return.
