I've done a lot of easy refunds like at Uber Eats, Zara, Temu, etc., but I wanted to start doing more "difficult" products like an Apple Watch, I was going to buy it through Amazon, and I wanted to use EB, any tips?

I feel like it depends on your account status I think Amazon is most likely to request you to do a PR as well
