You can get partenered. You have to have some videos, about a certain topic, youtube auto-picks your partner depending on the topics, and go into your youtube settings.

Youtube partners you automatically after a certain amount of time.
I've got like 600 views and 3 subs in the last three years, and I'm partnered.
