I haven't been so successful hitting amazon
This time im posting publicly what im going to do in case anyone has any SE saving suggestions

I'm going to give the OTP to the courier driver and claim EB to support representatives
If One-Time Signature
I'm going to fake a signature on the courier drivers tablet and claim EB to support representatives
