just ordered 2 pairs of shoes from zappos on a fresh account any recommendations on best way to SE?
also trying to do another nike order soon on new account. can i use another payment that has same billing address as a previous method i used?

Read a lot of negative reviews about the customer service of zippos on trustpilot from what looks like genuine customers.
Maybe they were not persistent enough to have success.

im not sure of your chances but they have a good return policy in case it doesn’t work out
