SN method require video - Allen Iverson - 10-02-2023

I have sent them a corrupt file and they asked me to upload a video to youtube. What can I do?

You could make up a lengthy and detailed answer saying you are very privacy focused and they can't ask you to create an account on any social network that is known to steal and collect users data.
Not sure it'd work tho.

The privacy-obsessed guy unable to properly send a working video file... RARE SPECIMEN xD
Prob wont hurt to try, although it could just make them even more suspicious & still keep acting stubborn.

What's the item? Depending on its nature we might help with creative workarounds.

Agreed, don't use silly excuses or methods. It just makes things more obvious.

Are they asking to show the SN in the video?

I take a section off youtube videos showing the product and just play dumb pretending I'm some old guy who doesn't understand what they're talking and with more videos till they give up. it's very unreliable method as I have to try it with multiple places till one finally gives up

The item is a keyboard, I’m claiming the keyboard is malfunctioning

Didn’t say to show the SN, but I don’t have the keyboard on my hand to make a video

Okay great. Find someone selling one online and ask them to record a video.

But I told them my keyboard is not working, they want a video showing the keyboard is not functioning.

You could find someone who owns the keyboard, and pay them a small fee to make the required video.
