Never understood why people would box or return boxes of junk. Messing with mail services is also a pretty serious federal crime and is no joke. USPS literally has their own federal law enforcement agency. Fun fact: it predates the FBI, Marshals, DEA, and the United States itself. The mail fraud probably got the feds hot on his heels.
His Telegram still seems to be active. Possible honeypot?

The average Joe refunding stuff here and there will never get caught, this guy was running a multi-million dollar scamming business 😝
