Logitech fail - SpIKeR - 09-24-2023

I recieved this message from logitech yesterday:
Thank you for submitting the information under case number (######) which we have thoroughly analyzed.

Unfortunately, we were not able to validate the receipt from the retailer. Without a valid itemized copy of your proof of purchase we cannot proceed with your claim and have no choice but to reject it. If you wish to provide a valid receipt/invoice as requested, we will reopen your claim.

Faked amazon pop so I guess that wasn't a good idea
Has anyone else found a way around it ?
I plan on choosing a lesser known company and seing them to make it seem like I mixed up the POP's

RE: Logitech fail - Evrasik - 09-24-2023

I tried providing a receipt from amazon once too, but it wasn't the best idea as it turns out they can verify if a purchase of their products was made on amazon. And after that I got a message that such a purchase was not listed on amazon. So now I use other stores and everything goes through successfully.

Ye I plan on telling them that I got the POP's mixed up and try using a different shop. They should've thought that they'd probably be able to verify something like that with amz. Thank you for the answer tho.

RE: Logitech fail - fasho1212 - 09-25-2023

I don't get why people still use fake receipt generators, facebook market place and other similar sites are filled with S/N. Theirs ton's Logitech products on the second hand market, all you have to do is ask them for a picture. One common excuse to ask is to make sure its not a knock off.

RE: Logitech fail - SumoSlammer - 09-25-2023

Fake receipts definitely speed up the process which is why they're used the problem with facebook & ebay S/N's is that if they're already registered the SE could easily fail. There's a huge element of luck even if you claim it's a gift.

I bought the real mouse then just returned it, to be sure the sn in not registered, this way I am seing logitech not the small store itself. And even with SN they ask for valid reciept.

Nice to see you kept pushing what was the excuse? Also really depends on the rep as one of them literally send out product in 2 days only adking for receipt and problem the item being a g pro tkl keyboard.
