BIG SE PROBLEM - SilentSniper8122 - 09-15-2023
I done DNA with Zalando the only proof they have on delivery is a picture, no gps location or a signature. I claimed this wasn’t me or my address. They asked me to send them my ID and sign a disclaimer form.. I done all of this and the claim got rejected they refused to refund me and are now saying that they may open the case again if I get a police report. Any suggestions what to do?

The disclaimer form is normal for Zalando, but the ID is new to me.
I think your only possibility to get further here is to make a police report.

It's not a bad thing, but not everyone wants to go that route or they just can't submit it because of numerous reasons.

Many people fear legal repercussions, and my experience shows that police intervention isn't always effective. Despite being a victim of scams, theft, and even physical assault x 3 captured on video, law enforcement has offered little assistance. The only time action was taken was when the girlfriend of the individual who assaulted me was caught on camera assaulting me; she served a week in jail. The man, a law student, seemed to know how to evade consequences. This experience has left me frustrated and wanting justice.
I’ve plotted the absolute worst on him. Humiliation/getting him kicked out of law school/ even thought of how I could possibly get his family to disown him. I wish I knew someone who could hack, because my plotting would surely give this man the karma he deserved.
Anyways—police have better things to do then to worry about someone’s package being lost or stolen. You could have the full name, phone numbers and addresses of everyone who’s wronged you and they will sweep it under the rug like nothings ever happened.

While we’re at the topic of police, Proshop.de apparently involves police with refunds. Do you think i could be fucked if i went on with the refund? I’m not in the same country or anywhere close to Germany
