Successful DNA NEW BALANCE - Beatslayer - 09-13-2023
Ordered 150$ worth of shoes and claimed DNA. They opened a case and no reply for 2weeks. I reached out to ask for updates, and no reply. Was told someone from claims team will reach out. I tried to escalate but was told I cannot escalate. Waited a week more but no reply. Filed a case with paypal and they didn’t reply paypal so got my refund.
New balance is very difficult to get an answer from and SE would have been impossible if paypal had not intervened.

150$ is measly amount for a PayPal claim, hopefully they wont log it as an actual dispute.
Out of curiosity, was the return window ended? Or you really wanted to keep em shoes?

No, of course the shoes were great but I was very confident that the DNA claim was clean. No mistakes and the story was fullproof. And since they stopped replying me I kinda took it personally and wanted to sink their 150$.
