Airpods Amazon uk SE - Ke__ - 09-12-2023

@mothered is not active anymore. You should fill the PR or it's the end of the line. You can always return them if you don't want to fill it.

try to push them, tell them i am already frustrated and worried.

File the PR, you can do this online. As always its not good to file too many police reports, for obvious reasons, so make this one count.

Yeah I read up on that right after I posted. What a shame.
So is there no risk with filling a PR? And when the airpods are then turned on will this not cause any trouble?

You are basically good to go filling a PR. They have bigger fish to catch, wouldnt bother with such trivial matters.
Still, dont abuse it over a short period of time/location, use common sense & be smart about it.

AirPods have no network feature, right?
Usually it's good pratice waiting some time after SE; cases of @pple trying to charge back have been reported...
I dont think that would apply in this instance though, probably good to use.

right, thanks for the detailed response. So filing that PR is the only way to progress.
