Hi,
so i got to the last stage, getting the replacement device approval, to which they asked for an invoice, i said i ony have one the original seller provided me from when he purchased the laptops, they said thats okay, itll be fine( was a legit dell invoice which i requested from them), at which point they contacted me saying it failed verification and that they can no longer support the device. Any ideas?

Seems like you can’t do much, obviously the invoice is fake.

The invoice is most likely fake as the person above suggested.

i requested the invoice myself via dell, it was sent from them direct to me using the customer details to verify legitimacy
