Target blocked all accounts? - GreyTree - 09-12-2023
I did a couple high amount refunds recently. I used a different address and different methods the only thing linking it was my PayPal. Now when I try to make a new account even on a browser it automatically says everything im looking at is unavailable - sometimes only available for delivery directly from a store but never pick up or shipping. Any one ever have this before? Are they doing it via IP address?
