Which one is easier to SE for Apple products?

from these two I'd say Apple is easier
1. No need to have purchase history on Apple.
2. Amazon tends to say they can't verify PR's while Apple doesn't.

I've heard that the phones could have an IMEI block or something like that. And then I would get in trouble for selling the phone.

I've heard that the phones could have an IMEI block or something like that. And then I would get in trouble for selling the phone.
I've heard that they brick the iphone or something but i m not sure
