T0mmy hilfiger - stevenadams2323 - 09-07-2023

Ordered a bunch of items

Got delivered today, proof of delivery is a pic of my porch down with no face but door is identifiable

In the image there’s no parcel shown

Courier is parcelforce

Is dna a viable option? Or should I do PEB and just firm or return the items that I’m gonna claim came

On the US website:
"Tommy Hilfiger is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are addressed to a freight forwarding service. Should you wish to use this type of service, you are taking responsibility for any damage or loss that occurs to your shipment. We will not offer replacements or refunds for orders that are reported missing or damaged, that we reasonably believe to have been delivered to the facility. Any order addressed to a freight forwarding service is placed at your own risk."

And thats the only mention of them not being responsible for lost packages, and this references freight forwarding services, not residential deliveries. Full stop. Nuff said. Send them/link them that EXACTLY until you get your refund. Also just keep calling and asking to escalate...but I've seen you around before, you're no newcomer to this lol
