Apple SE Problem - Glad - 09-06-2023

Hi guys!

I ordered a MacBook from Apple and was planning on boxing it. Apparently Apple insist on picking up the item themselves at my home?

Any ideas as to how i can go about getting it refunded, as the original approach probably wont work?

Help is greatly appreciated Biggrin

You can't box apple anyways.

Boxing and ftid is super hard with Apple.

Apple offer a one time refund policy per address. You can hit them with dna or eb or meb. Filing a police report is fine but make sure you don't file them too frequently, for obvious reasons.

Let's hypothetically say I DNA a macbook, any idea if it becomes locked or not?

does someone know if apple verify PR or is there is some method that allow you to skip PR request and process refund without it

Curious about this as well.

How will you DNA? Does the courier they use just leave them at the door or something?

So I could do a massive order claim DNA as long as I file a PR no matter what they will refund?
