Amazon AirPods Max EB or WIR? - Scrappledamp - 09-05-2023
Ordered a pair of AirPods Max arriving tomorrow. I have a new Amazon US account that I’ve used regularly for over 3 months. Should I do EB or WIR? I’ve heard they give issues cause of weight for EB but also heard they give issues for WIR asking to send the wrong item back.
What’s my best way to make sure I get the refund?

eb/dna will likely require a pr. just do wir or ftid, will take some time though

Is an OTP required? If not hit them with DNA. Make sure you have never had an account banned with your address with Amazon though or they will link you.
If an OTP is required then no problem. Yes it's a heavy item but if you say the parcel looks tampered with they will ask you to file a police report.
As always, never file too many police reports, for obvious reasons. So make it count.

Just got an email saying OTP will be required. I’m guessing if I don’t answer the door, then they won’t deliver it. Should I do EB then?
