Hey
I ordered 3 bags from Zalando of the amount 250 euro.
I unfortunately missed the delivery date, so PostNL sent it directly to a pick-up point, a store called Primera.
I have heard that Zalando has CCTV and Primera, where I picked up my package, also has cameras.
I was wondering if you know any way I could still try for a refund?
I am new in all of this, so I am trying to think outside the box. But it seems very unlikely that I will get my refund.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

You could try PEB and refund the items that you “received”.

They actually did not ask me for an ID this time

In the UK they don't usually ask for ID. Keep forgetting some of you are American/European.
So give us an update, you collected with or without the face mask?

so in the end I went in without the face mask, I emailed them, they made me sign a huge ass form and told me there would be an investigation etc etc but in the end I just did nothing, I could not be bothered, and did not want to get into legalities and shit. They weighted the package when they gave it to me, so I felt like I couldn;t get away with it.
Iss cool tho! I paid for it like a regular human. Next time I'll scam them bigtime. <3
