I PEB'd Tommy but it failed, they said the weight of the items is correct bla bla bla. Now my. question is, can I do FTID? Will it work with tommy and if yes what version of it.

If it's UPS then weight will be as written in label so even with empty box there will be written weight

More than a month has passed and still no succes, did PEB but they keep denied a refund, they restarted the case after I called them, but now they keep telling to wait. Do I have any other options?
