cant understand why logitech deny all my se - yunkvino - 08-25-2023

so.. im studying se methods for logitech for 2 months, i learned how to talk with the support, to get valid S/N, POPs, (ebay and craiglist) even learn how to edit videos perfectly to change the serial number of the product (and it turned out amazing) but somehow they still deny all my 10 tentatives of se with different s/n and pops saying that the logitech warranty are only for the original owner of the product, i made all the security things, the same name on the pop is my logitech email and name (my unique mistake was in some se’s i used the same telephone number, can be this?)
I can provide the whole chat if anyone could help me, im really putting a lot of effort in this

if you check another logitech thread on this forum they state that logitech has been heavily tightening up due to being hit so much

i understand but my method im acting like im the guy from the ebay post and shit, i got all their infos so its like a random person claiming warranty u know

yeah. another user on this site reported he coudln't get a replacement with a legit product on his hands.
they are in turtle shell mode

try again with the information. If that doesn't work then you can call again and explain that your warranty claim has been rejected and that you have never experienced anything like this and find it sad because you have been buying Logitech products for years and then if you ever need help because your device is defective, they will not help. try to come off as if you really just want your device fixed.

They have been very easy for a £70 mouse i tried and accepted with barely any info.
