Multiple PayPal Accounts - rafapt - 08-24-2023
Is it possible to have multiple PayPal Accounts with different Email Address , Mobile Number and VCC but same name?
Or will PayPal figure it out and disable all?

Theoretically, if every identifiable data (IP, devices, cookies, mail addresses, phone numbers, VCCs, ID docs..) was different, except for the name, it should work : two different people may share the same name.
This seems like a risky bet though, if you end up faking some aspects of the alt, you may as well pick a new name for it.
