Only way this is really possible is if they give you an option at checkout, sometimes companies offer a different company (for expedited).
Doubt u can just choose otherwise.

Some companies ship only with some carriers because they have some kind of deals for their deliveries, hence you cannot just change carrier unless you have a specific option on checkout
