Easiest SE literally ever. £130 item, day after it was delivered contacted support and said it didn’t arrive. They sent pictures the courier had took (it was left on my doorstep) I said I didn’t recognise it, then they got back to me asking if I wanted a refund or replacement - refund was in my account within 2 days.
Would like to try hit for something of higher value and see how it goes.

Yes. Single item (car scanner) brand new account made on the day of ordering, first time ever using Temu. I was shocked with how easy it was!

Did they give you an estimate delivery date?
I also placed an order and it says delivery between Aug 10 - Aug 25 (if past this date they give 5€ voucher)
but i already have it on my possession. Not sure if i should wait till Aug 25 or claim it didn't arrive right now

They did give me an estimated delivery date with a similar time scale.
I contacted Temu a day after it was delivered claiming dna
You can simply say the tracking says it’s been delivered but it has not
