URGENT need help with amazon - CertainLolly - 08-11-2023
So i wanted to do WIR with amazon, ordered my item to my house and a friend ordered dummy item. theyre almost the same weight. problem is that the dummy item didnt arrive in the normal brown amazon package but in the package of the item (like you can see the name and picture everything. and that package is bigger than my items package. is WIR still possible?
@mothered any advice on what to do?
to elaborate further, no otp/signature was required, but im hesistant to dna as it is a 1k+ item. eb will not work either it is an item a bit on the heavier side

just weighed both items…. my item weighs a kg less than the dummy item. no way wir will work now. what are my options?

Well it seems you got lucky that a 1k item didn't need a OTP or even a signature so DNA seems pretty viable.

I contacted them and did dna. they said to wait a couple days then call them so we can look for a solution. thats good right?
