Zalando DNA help - speedrunner - 08-09-2023

I ordered a pair of boots from Zalando, price was 280. The courier came today to deliver another package and asked why have I reported the Zalando package. Am I fucked? What next? I'm still waiting for Zalandos answer, but I'm just scared they will keep disturbing the courier.
I don't want him to come back. It's always the same guy who delivers my packages.

Who was the courier? Also you could easily make up a story saying you claimed there was a missing item in your package, if you’ve said you didn’t receive the parcel, confuse the shit out of him and you’ll be fine, make out it’s miscommunication.

I live in Finland and the company is called Posti.
But if i say that there was a missing item should I tell them that there was only one boot or what? Also don't Zalando use CCTV?

I also told Zalando yesterday that it hasn't came yet so the empty box trick isn't going to work anymore I think.

According to the information we received from the post office, the package was delivered to the address on August 7, 2023, and another family member had received the shipment at that time.

I ask you to check the matter first if another person living in the apartment had received the package.

If you DNA it and that doesn’t work, you can still say you ended up finding it “my brother took it without my knowledge” and then use SE to EB.

If you DNA it and that doesn’t work, you can still say you ended up finding it “my brother took it without my knowledge” and then use SE to EB.
It was 1kg. Isn't it too much to claim EB?

I think he meant keep saying DNA to zalando, but say it was only EB to the courier who arrives at your door.
