FARFETCH BRACELET EB - sanctuaryy - 08-02-2023
Hello, I ordered a gold bracelet on farfetch for about 230e, I received and I contacted them saying that the bracelet was not in the small bag and that the package was not damaged. They told me that they were going to open an investigation and that they would get back to me. 1 day later (so today) they sent me an e-mail.
"After verifying each element of the investigation, the partner has confirmed that the item was included in the package. On the other hand, the carrier has declared that the parcel has not, at any time during delivery, been damaged or tampered with."
They told me they can't issue a refund
What do I say?

This is common as farfetch don't refund for EB, only surprise is they usually take 2 weeks just to get back to you.
You can dna them if they don't request signature or paypal claim.

I picked up the parcel at a relay point with signature etc., is there any way I can get them to refund me with the EB method after this mail ? especially than to say "the employee told me he put it inside", okay, but where's the proof?

I can't generalize but it is unlikely. I guess since it's only $200 if you keep troubling them they might refund you as a courtesy.
