I mean when you get refunded, but later for some reason they discover that the item you returned is not the one you ordered, then they send you an email and try to recharge. Or the best course is to leave my VCC empty so there is not enough money to charge?
They should not be able to bill you again

You speak from personal experience or you just assume they will not be able to charge me?

Probably. But if there is no money in the account, they can not charge it, because it's a prepaid Virtual CC it's not a normal CC

I know banks now allow some kind of vcc systems to avoid scams. In your case your is prepaid, and if there is no money they won’t be able to charge you anymore even if it wasn'ta temporary one. Prepaid cards don’t allow the credit to go below the zero, otherwise they would be credit cards.
