Trying to SE Logitech mouse with SN. They're asking for a proof of purchase. I was thinking of going to a local store, buying the same mouse, then taking a picture of the receipt, returning the mouse and photoshopping the receipt to change details (date of purchase, etc.). Alternatively, I could create fake amazon order pdf. For the first one, there's no way they could detect that it is fake, but the second one is significantly easier (but they could contact amazon with the order number to verify that it's real?). What is the best course of action?

Use a fake they never checked for my SE and I have heard many success with fake POP.
