DPD PL Receipt - andrew1774 - 07-23-2023
Hello, does someone have their printed receipts? Cuz i don't have any example, they are asking for proof of sending return to them back (cuz their warehouse didn't receive ftid, it was delivered close to them) but i have only message from email from dpd and they are not accepting it. Track info says that it's delivered correctly but they still want receipt

And reprint it using my receipts printer. Just need to fill receipt with info from email, didn't find any examples of their receipts in Poland while was googling it 
I have opened chargeback process in my bank with reason "return was sent, tracking info says it's delivered but refund refused" if short, while process is going trying to push them with also with chat and emails

were you paying a boxer to drop off the package or was it an insider scan?
the former case you should be able to edit but it has to be the exact drop off point (and the exact time but that should be on the tracking info anyway)
the latter case, you'd have to consult your boxer but i don't think an investigation is desirable.
if you still insist on doing it, i do have a dpd pl receipt

They've answered to me after delivered ftid this:
After a thorough evaluation of your request, we will not be able to approve your return.
Our carrier has confirmed that we have not received the return package in accordance with our delivery obligations set out in section 2.12 of the adidas Terms and Conditions. We have sent you an email with delivery information.
Is there any room for pushing forward?

One issue is if they are still unable to locate the parcel after you produce a receipt they will use the GPS location of the delivery point and will send the driver back to the location to receive the parcel if the company it was delivered to still has it.
(Yes DPD are that petty and persistent)

They are terrible man... but it is why more and more companies are using them haha

In future, refrain from using the flawed FTID garbage.
