Problem with Apple SE - xoraplag - 07-19-2023
Hi guys
I'm stuck on an Apple purchase right now.
I tried to SE an IPhone on an account on which I first made a cheap purchase.
When I called Apple support the rep told me I would get a new one.
Unfortunately, I received an email from Apple saying that they need a PR.
Since I just recently created a PR for something else I do not want to make directly again.
Now I wonder how I should proceed. Currently I try it with the corrupt file method. But I don't think that this will help, because Apple has already written 2 times that without a valid PR it won't work.
The question now is. Do I change my old PR and then send a fake one or do I try to send the IPhone back and say my brother pranked me and had the phone with him.
Then I would try to box Apple or make a LIT.
Or maybe someone has another idea how it could work?

Don’t send a fake/edited PR , because if you do so you may go through real trouble if they will double check it, and 99,99% of times they do it. They idea about your brother’s prank instead is a good backup idea if everything fails and the time to send back the phone is running out.
Try to insist and say that the police dept didn’t make u fill the PR and mention that you’re having troubles with this and are a valid customer. If your account is valid they may do a one time exception

I think the SE has failed.
Support is not answering me anymore and I'm sending the iPhone back now before it's too late.
I'm just wondering if I should box the current return or make a new order for it
