IPhone 13 Dna method - Labirnth - 07-17-2023
Hey guys ,
So about 3weeks ago i bought a phone on this french website that sells used phone . I payed for it using a monthly payement ( meaning they already have my id and money info) . At the arrival of the phone i asked for a dna and its been three weeks of them telling me that it takes time etc today they told me that i have to contact the police so they can track and blacklist the phone. They put it at a pickup point not sent home btw. What should i do?

Don't try refunding on some private businesses or the ones that will obviously not give you a refund easily. They already said that the police will track and blacklist the phone, the tracking will lead to you.

Yeah that’s exactly why i dont want to do it . Is there another way to get a refund tho?

Depending on how there return system is. But you are paying monthly fees and they have ID and etc information about you.

Im thinking of telling my cc to cancel the monthly payment. But il not sure if that will make them file a report after me and blacklist the phone
