Dna dell - stevenadams2323 - 07-16-2023 Can I dna dell even if the image has a picture of my legs but nothing else really apart from a door kind of. The signature wasn’t done by me. Order value under £1000. Alias name order and was signed with my alias surname. Getting confirmation if it was actually signed for or they just said and took a picture RE: Dna dell - Wreck_C - 07-16-2023 That doesn't matter it's 2023, doesn't matter who signed it as long as its someone in the address. But to answer, Dell is hard in US/Canada. Even for their $400 monitor they ask for a police report. You can check bbb org for response to similar shit to get an ideal in your country. Even their repair service/customer service in general is bad. RE: Dna dell - ThracianDecius - 07-16-2023 I tried to DNA Dell UK for a 539 monitor. They straight up asked for a police report and wouldn't budge. RE: Dna dell - stevenadams2323 - 07-16-2023 Didn’t even sign anything. Doesn’t prove much the photo just the image of laptop in the property. Should I return or try it? (07-16-2023, 08:14 PM)ThracianDecius Wrote: I tried to DNA Dell UK for a 539 monitor.
