Hello, some time ago i tried to dna proshop, they send me "Declaration of Non-Receipt" to fill.
It looks like this
date of dispatch:
Parcel number(s) 14-digits:
Sender:
Receiver’s name + address:
Receiver’s email:
Receiver’s phone number:
Legally Binding Declaration of Non-Receipt
I / We hereby declare that the above-mentioned parcel has not come into my / our possession and has not come into the possession of a person
known to me / us
Please note that, if you make a false statement in this Legally Binding Declaration, you may be committing a crime punishable by
law

Is it safe to fill this?
Does it have any legal force?

yea, i just copied almost everything i need to fill, i got information that someone have similar situation and after courier investigation DPD report it to police for an attempted fraud

it's a normal procedure for a store if they want to make a claim with DPD. it's okay to sign it
