GLS? - FortuneCookie4 - 07-11-2023

Anyone experienced with DNA GLS courier?

They don't service my area all that much, I am going to try not answering the door, they might just leave it by the door.

Depends a lot on the country and item you're SEing; in my past experience they have just asked me if I was me

they wouldn't hand over the parcel if you weren't the recipient? and what if nobody's home?

@mothered

Is WIR still effective if the "wrong" item arrived 5 days after the SE item? (it would've been packed and sent after the SE item had arrived)
Different addresses but in the same postcode.

Official policy is the standard 14 days withdrawal rights.

They handed it to me just asking if I was me, but they did not require an ID, so I could also not be me, opening a good chance for DNA. No signature was required, I think they’re good for DNA

Regardless of that, It's too heavy to EB.

I am going for a WIR now.
Although the "wrong" item was packed and dispatched the same day the SE item arrived, it is only 2-3 days max between delivery of both items (different address, same postcode)

Do you think it is still a good condition for WIR success?

The dispatched date Is of relevance, so the WIR Is good to go.
