was doing WIR 3 months ago and special team told me to send picture of WI and they'll refund me, I ended up not liking the item and just returned it. recently was doing an EB and they asked for PR and since the item was <$500 I decided to return it and keep PR for a higher value item.
if I try an SE later is there a chance they might look at the previous SE attempt and flat out refuse refund? my account is very old and active with no history of SE succesful refund, just these 2 attempt

In the eyes of Amazon your account is clean as they've never issued a refund. Good thinking with saving the EB for a higher amount!

It will add credibility to the account and help draw attention away from the said claims.
