Amazon.es FTID iPhone - chapooof1 - 07-05-2023
Hello guys, I just purchased an iPhone 13 from Amazon.es and I'm from Portugal
I told 'em that the product was damaged and they just told me to send it back so they could refund me, but my option is that SEUR carrier has it's own label which gonna apply into the box.
Can I try to do EB without any personal label on it? What's your opinion?

In my experience es is terrible even with legit returns. Sended an iPad and had terrible times to obtain the refund, had to contact them multiple times and even to Jeff mail

Well with legit return they should do refund as they told me to send the item, but its hard to do ftid?
