Okay, so first off you start by sending an email to support@geekshive.com
Saying something similar to this (NOT THE SAME!):

Amazon Link you need in the email: http://www.amazon.com/Vendetta-CollectorS-Edition-Mask-Costume/dp/B003UYUZHG/ref=pd_sim_sbs_op_1
They will email you back saying that they will send you a replacement after you send the Amazon TID. Then you say this. "Okay so once I receive the mask I send my old one back?"
They will reply saying "Yes" if it doesn't work rinse and repeat. I have SE'd 13 masks for randoms and people I've dox'd and it's quite fun.
